Talent Acquisiton Specialist (m/f)

• Sourcing of candidates;


• Identification and attraction of new sources of candidates through several channels;


• Creating job ads to support recruitment;


• Analyze CVs and make the phone trial;


• Organizing, preparing and executing selection activities;


• Face-to face interviews with selected candidates;


• Management of the full recruitment cycle.

Our client is a multinational shared services center company, in Oporto.
3 years experience in recruitment & selection roles, fluent english speaker.

• Degree, preferably in Human Resources or similar areas;
• Previous experience of at least 3 years working in recruitment positions;
• Fluent english speaker;
• Responsible, dynamic and able to adapt.
