Descrição
. Be responsible on a daily basis for the ticketing and sales activities within a team of 3-4 persons in a
one-to-one relationship with the clients in order to make reservations, issue tickets and give out
general service information in an efficient and autonomous way.
. working at the airport every three weeks, including Sunday
.Create and follow up reservation files (e.g. follow up changes in flight schedule changes, adapt
reservations,…) in order to inform the client about changes and adapt customer data when
needed.
Answer questions referring to the company’s products, make updates, find and offer solutions to
the client in order to meet the clients’ needs in a correct and timely way
. Represent the company on external events (fairs, events, sales promotional actions, marketing
activities with travel industry partners and corporates, …) in order to strengthen the company’s
presence
Requisitos
. Conhecimento de informatica na optica do utilizador
. Ingles e Portugues, fluente: falado e escrito
. Obrigatorio: Não serão consideradas candidaturas que não apresentem um bom nivel de Ingles/Portugues
. Facilidade de comunicação com o publico
. Disponibilidade em trabalhar por turnos
. Dinamismo
. Flexibilidade em executar várias tarefas em simultaneo
