Infra & Application IT Support Coordinator

• Create of new simple reports/ SQL Reporting Services
• Conduct Analysis Services Maintenance and Customization
• Support technical issues raised by end users.
• Support any application failure or break down.
• Perform Training for new joiners based on the specific field enrolled in (Purchasing, Distribution, Warehouse …) as per Webcor Standard implementation process.
• Report to Second level of BPA support Team for complex issues.

• Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key internal and external decision makers, existing partners and shareholders and other relevant players.
• Answer/respond to incoming requests and resolve customers incidents and problems
• Act as a single point of contact for resolution of issues
• Document customer requests in call tracking system
• Interact with customers co-workers in EMEA to diagnose and resolve problems
• Troubleshoot, analyze, resolve, track, escalate and accurately document various technical problems
• Support feature, functionality, and usage of specific applications
• Troubleshoot software and hardware problems
• Provide level 1 and 2 technical support
• Stay current on and adhere to established policies, procedures and documentation

• Minimum of 3 years experience
• Bachelor degree in information system
• Preferrably Angolan Nationality
• Obligatory Languages: English and Portuguese
• Desirrable Languages: French
• Have Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server (Database Maintenance)
