Operation Health & Safety Environment Assistant/Assistente de Meio Ambiente e Segurança

The SERVICE consists in assistant all operations of Safety Environment Manager.
This SERVICE encompasses mainly the following parts:
- Participate actively with the RSSA & OSEL in hazard studies and risk assessments for the safe program execution of operations;

- Support the RSSA, OSEL and rig site Team in hazard identification & risk control & management of change situations;

- Be present on 24 hour call basis during ail "Critical" activities related to program execution;

- Develop a thorough working knowledge of the STREAM Synergy reporting system;

- Participate actively and positively to all HSEQ Audits onshore and offshore;

- Participate actively for ail ODMP/WMP Audit and Inspections;

- Develop a thorough understanding of the ODMP/WMP and MinPet reporting regime;

- Maintain an up-to-date Daily Journal documenting activities of learning experiences and opportunities;

- Review the OSEL Assistant Daily Journal with the RSSA , OSEL and MHSEQ on a regular basis;

- Prepare quarterly presentation reports;

- Participate in direct involvement in the Onboard Total E&P Angola Training Yearly Program;

- Develop leadership skills and take an active part in site activity planning meetings in a daily, tourly and "toolbox" basis;

- Develop the "management-by-walking-around “concept through self-motivation

- Participate with the RSSA and OSEL to perform periodic audits Drilling contractor PTW System correct execution

- Study and familiarize with root cause analyses of incident investigations & High Potential Anomaly NMI

- Develop leadership skills in construction of Drilling contractor's "Job Safety Analyses" as related to program execution

- Ensure active participation in the organization of pre-job safety meetings;

- Assist and advise to ensure timely & correct follow-up reporting on events, incidents, accidents, anomalies

- Ensure HSEQ performance monitoring and the related benchmarking of KPl's are in place, weil known and followed

- Ensure timely reportage of Events into the Event Reporting Mailbox system on vessel

- Provide specifie HSE on-the-job training appropriately as required and ensure inclusion of all Contractor Supervison

- Assist RSSA & OSEL in the preparation of the HSE Site Comittee Meetings;

- Assist, advise and enhance ways & means of identifying hazards and controlling risks in SIMOPS and/or Downgraded Situations

Mandatory Training:
- BOSIET HUET

• 1 year experience of safety responsibilities.
• Studies on HSE.
