SURF HSE SUPERVISING- Porto Amboim Fabrication Site(s)

The service holder is responsible, within the Kaombo SURF team and under the HSE Superintendent's supervision, for following-up, monitoring and supervising HSSE activities carried out by SURF Contractor and Subcontractor(s) at the SURF HPA (and potentially PAENAL) site, ensuring that HSSE contractual and technical requirements are duly applied by SURF EPSCC Contractor and Subcontractor(s).

The service holder participates to routine and random inspections and audits, assists to daily/ regular HSSE meetings with SURF Contractor and Subcontractor(s), performs Safety tours... and ensures an adequate reporting (areas of concerns, problems encountered in the implementation by Contractor and Subcontractor(s).

The service holder may participate to the review of SURF Contractor and Subcontractor(s) Project Site HSSE documentation applicable in their perimenter of the Construction site (Project Site HSSE plan, HIRA...) and verifies their implementation by Contractor and Subcontractor(s).

The service holder verifies that proper accident and incident investigations are carried out (with root cause analysis when required) and recommendations are duly implemented.
As a general manner, the service holder provides assistance to the SURF Construction team with all matters related to HSSE.

The service holder participates actively to the personnel safety, construction integrity and respect of the environment and promotes safety awareness at all level through exemplary and pro-active attitude with Project Team, SURF Contractor and Subcontractor(s).
The service holder for demonstrating, individually, an exemplary behavior with regard to HSSE rules & requirements.
