General Manager - Manufacturing

Lead and oversee all aspects of the manufacturing operations in Angola, ensuring the highest level of efficiency and productivity.
Implement strategic plans to achieve production goals and objectives.
Demonstrated working experience in Angola, either currently or in the past, with a comprehensive understanding of the local business environment.
Implement and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
Exhibit strong leadership qualities to motivate and guide the manufacturing team towards achieving common goals.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
Implement and maintain best practices to uphold product quality and workplace safety.
Responsible for managing and optimizing the manufacturing budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.

Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. An MBA would be considered a strong advantage.
Possess a minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, with a specific focus on Home Care and Personal Care products.
Proven track record of successfully managing manufacturing teams and operations.
Familiarity with Kaizen, 5S, TPM methodologies, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
