Office Administration:
General office administration of a SME
Extensive communication with headquarters, open channel to admin, operational staff and management
Banking relationship: process payments domestic and international, liaise with banks, manage cashflow, keep up to date with local legislation
Keeping good and accurate accounting records in liaison with accounting dpt
Petty cash management
Managing small staff complement in their daily tasks
Regular and systematic reporting to headquarters
Logistics Coordination:
Import coordination: road, air, sea i.e., coordinate with headquarters logistical team and local clearing agents to clear cargo and ensure delivery to end-user, supervision of offloading, making sure all import documentation is correct and records kept
Obtain necessary import documentation, licences, SIMINCO, etc.… to enable import in Angola
Source and manage service providers in Angola
Deal with all issues related to import logistics
Commercial Work:
Commercial support to the headquarters team by means of liaison and commercial visits to clients
Develop new business → new client base or change of personnel in existing clients
To solve commercial problems when needed
To engage in “support negotiations” on specific tender or projects
Development of client base in Angola: prospection of new potential clients
Sourcing and purchasing of goods on the Angolan market following clients’ requests (local procurement)
Regular and very detailed feedback on commercial actions
Regular commercial visit and follow up to boost sales and create more visibility and buzz around the brand
Visit clients regularly in the provinces

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Some Tertiary education, preferably in the commercial or logistical field
7 years of working experience minimum
Computer literacy is a must with a sound knowledge of Excel
Fluent in Portuguese and English, French will be a plus
Good sense of organisation and precision
Very good communicator, written and oral
Self-motivated individual, able to work independently
Able to work flexible hours
Must be in possession of a valid driver’s licence and valid Angolan residency papers
Occasionally travelling in the Angolan provinces
