Offshore trips control.
HR
Recruitment;
Local salaries control (Check before salary);
Bonus control.
Money-out control (In Angola)
PO's;
Control of expense of all suppliers;
Staff expenses;
Petty cash control;
Payment control;
Expat allowances;
(Outside of Angola)
PO's;
Control of expense of all suppliers;
Payment to supplier’s control.
Money-In control (In Angola)
Banks adjustment;
Receivable control (process of allocation of the money-in to invoice);
Debt to suppliers management;
Office handling, organizing and management;
Time control (arrival, lunch, end of day);
Office supporters control;
Office design;
Cleaning lady;
Groceries purchasing;
Company issue of invoices to customers;
Company cars;
Debt collection control;
Special tasks dealing;
Internal flights in Angola.
Expat general assistant requirement
Rental contracts;
Cleaning ladies;
Abroad expenses refund;
Expats visa management;
Company flights control (TAS system).
Expats vacation management
VIP's visits;
Special events;
CEO tasks.
Requisitos

University degree or diploma relating to the field, (Preferential Requirement);
Minimum 2 years’ experience as Personal Assistant, Office Manager or similar role;
Have a professional knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs;
Knowledge of relevant legal requirements;
Fluency in English – spoken and written;
Organizational, planning and multi-tasking skills;
Communication skills;
Team work person;
Well organized with an understanding of priorities and changing demands;
