Reports to: Business Development Manager
Responsible for interfacing with Clients plus Cimel partners and business groups to drive superior service quality and be a focal point for improvements to maintain relevance to the business need for Service quality.
Responsible and accountable for overall service quality in his/her location; this will be achieved by implementing plans and processes to improve the key service quality indicators. He / She will coordinate the efforts of operations and maintenance staff and will enforce policies and standards. A key aspect of this role is to ensure company and partners possesses appropriate equipment and that the personnel have adequate competence / training to safely deliver a quality Service to customers in an efficient manner. He / She will ensure implementations of systems to support the improvement of service quality and delivery.

- Monitor equipment utilization/availability.
- Gathers and interprets equipment utilization statistics.
- Assists operations personnel in resolving asset discrepancies and helps in ordering spares.
- Keeps up to date on new developments in tools, services, and evaluation techniques.
- Ensures that all NCRs are followed up to closure with Root Cause Analysis.
- Bringing on board standard operating procedures and helping with the implementation of these.
- Formalizes SQ reviews with key clients on a quarterly basis.
- Performs internal audits and set RWP in locations and assist with their closure.
- Ensures proper maintenance procedures are followed at all locations.
- Ensures proper and accurate reporting.
- Promotes the SQ as well as the HSE culture in all Business Units as per the company guidelines.
- Support Development and implementation of shared Service Quality KPI’s to drive improvement.
- Complete any other duties and responsibilities as may be required within the physical constraints of this position as determined by the supervisor.

- Fluent English.
- Strong Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Good knowledge of Wells Engineering.
- Understand the entire “product order to installation process”
- Good communication (both written and oral), presentation, leadership/supervisory/team and organizational skills.
- Technical Proficiency Basic computer related skills Ability to interact with shop and foreign support persons in the field and in corporate settings.
- Familiar with and willing to take on International Travel (Current passport)
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Sufficient engineering or technical knowledge to make complex engineering and economic decisions to convince potential buyers of the practical value of the product or service.
- Extensive sales experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Cimel equipment, products, and services as well as those of competitors.
- Self-motivator, self-starter.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Should be able to work closely with fellow employees and customers.
- Requires 5 years Sales experience.
Advanced knowledge with the following software tools: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat Professional
10 years+ Field Experience essential.
ANY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
Technical Knowledge of but not limited to:
Tubular Running Services, Drilling Rental Tools, Fishing Services, Thru-Tubing Services, Cementing Products, Liner Systems, Managed Pressure Drilling
