Responsibilities
● The role of ICT campus partner is meant to provide campuses with an onsite decision-making presence for support with school and campus ICT operations and educational technology initiatives. Unlike other central administration functions ICT has a significant pedagogical component to its services and support. For this reason, the person assuming the position should be first and foremost an educator possessing considerable experience both in the classroom as well as with the integration of ICT technology in lessons and, more broadly, application across the school curriculum.
● Lead educational technology integration
● Inspire and lead the development, communication, and implementation of a shared vision for the comprehensive use of technology in support of a digital-age education.
● Promote the effective vertical articulation of educational technologies in support of the curriculum.
● Collaborate with school leadership to create world class student-centered learning environments.
● Act as a tireless advocate for STEM. Support enthusiastic teaching staff in the development, management and assessment of projects and initiatives.
● Research, model and share best practices for successfully teaching with technology.
● Ensure that schools meet the ICT technology requirements of the adopted programmes (PYP, MYP, DP, CP) and take an active role in documenting evidence in line with accrediting service requirements.
● Demonstrate best practices in the classroom by assuming a teaching role for several periods weekly.
● Drive staff ICT professional development
● Create and lead a staff professional development program so that it is aligned with both the ICT requirements stipulated in the employee core requirements as well as the ongoing objectives articulated for and by schools and departments.
● Identify and organise training opportunities that align with strategic ambitions and make them available to staff.
● Administer a database to collect data and allow for the real-time monitoring of compliance with program requirements.
● Develop tools, metrics and methodologies to measure program impact.
● Manage educational technology initiatives and innovation
● Support and guide projects that demonstrate and confirm Ecolint’s position as a leader in educational technology innovation such as the development of online course provision.

● Recognize technological opportunities in education and play a leading role in their successful and meaningful introduction.
● Establish partnerships with organizations and experts with whom the school can continue to benchmark and incorporate best practices.
● Oversee campus ICT service and support delivery
● Assume line management of the ICT helpdesk technicians.
● Collaborate closely with both school leadership and Foundation ICT to assess ongoing ICT needs/issues and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions.
● Ensure ICT services (helpdesk, system, network, application, etc.) are providing value according to existing service level agreements (SLA) concluded with Foundation ICT.
● Foster compliance with ICT policies and procedures to assist with efficient service and support provision.
Candidate requirements
● Extensive training and experience in K-12 education.
● Demonstrated experience in the use of ICT technology to enhance student learning.
● Keen understanding of how to create and implement successful staff professional development programs.
● Excellent leadership skills with the desire and ability to take ownership of project outcomes.
● Very good organizational and project management skills.
● Sense of initiative and ability to collaborate closely with primary and secondary school teaching staff.
● Open-mindedness, flexibility with capacity to work in a multidisciplinary team.
● Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
● Strong attention to detail with the ability to keep accurate records and statistics.
● English or French mother tongue, with a good command of the other language.
