The position is located in the Embassy Health Unit (HU) and is under the direct supervision of the FSHP-Medical Provider. The position will provide the full range of professional nursing services to U.S. Direct Hire and Locally Employed Staff. The incumbent will provide health care services such as first aid, immunizations, as well as, evaluating and assessing a variety of medical conditions through physical examination. Position may function as the Post's back-up health care provider, in the absence of the Foreign Service Health Provider. This position will share the on call/ after hours duty with the FSHP. This position will supervise one Administrative Assistant.

1. Required Education
   Must be a graduate of a professional nursing school or college that has the equivalent of RN training in the U.S. (to be confirmed by the RMO and/or M/MED) and be fully credentialed/licensed in Angola.

2. Required Experience
   At least two years of hospital or outpatient nursing is required.

3. Required Language
   Level III English (Good Working Knowledge) is required. Level IV (At least two years of hospital or outpatient nursing is required Fluent) Speaking/Reading Portuguese or Spanish is required.

4. Required Skills
   Venipuncture and IV administration. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). First aid for minor and severe injury. Use of common Windows based software and email applications.
