Financial Controller

Wide scope of responsibility to manage annual budget, budget control, business plan, work internal control and support to general management on operative as well as strategic matters;
Attendance of regular meetings with management;
Managing the company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;
Closely monitor accounts receivable and capex;
Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and forecasting future trends;
Liaising with auditors to ensure annual accounts are prepared in line with regulation and on time;
Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation;
Responsible for Internal control and compliance, implementation of controls and follow up of needed process changes to ensure company assets are secure;
Responsible for preparing monthly reporting, analysis of result and follow-up with organisation on improvement actions;
Monthly analyse of margins, production costs and overhead costs;
Investigating and reporting on factors influencing business performance;
Undertaking reviews and evaluations for cost reduction opportunities;
Preparation of accurate financial reports with specific deadlines;
Full understanding of ERPs and proper integration of subsystems;
Supervising and developing the team.

Angolan nationality;
Degree in finance or economics and/or professional qualification is an added advantage;
Experience business and audit experience;
Experience in process/manufacturing industry is an advantage;
Knowledge of Angolan legislation and international accounting standards;
Excellent knowledge of Excel, MS Office and ERP PRIMAVERA V10;
Fluent in english;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to work and manage people;
