Descrição
• Full responsibility for departmental strategy and budget management
• Develop and implement Sales strategy for the Angolan and DRC market
• Develop measures to ensure Departmental targets are met
• Promote sales of New Machines, grow the market for new machine by following up on leads for new customers and proactively finding new customers.
• Liaise with clients regarding new machine enquiries, coordinate preparation of quotes discuss and negotiate with customers, oversee the technical and commercial clarification
• Build the customer relationship by keeping them informed about any new developments.
• Facilitate communication, internal and external, with customers and other relevant
• Frequently travel to customers in and out of country, participate of trade fairs, customers events, all others relevant networking activities.
Requisitos
Qualification, Experience, Behaviours & Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales or Marketing
• N. Dip/ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering qualification or related (preferred)
• Work experience 4-7 years
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management role
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Technical Sales and New Business Development with a proven track record
• Experience in the bottling, beverage, or packaging industry
• SAP applications
• MS Office
• CRM
• English language
• French language - advantages
