Human Resources Trainee

Explain the HR processes (Recruitment, Sustainability, Training);
Describe and implement the policies of each topic;
Ensure compliance of recruitment processes;
Plan and deliver sustainability projects with an innovative and strategically oriented vision;
Keep updated and company training processes.

Angolan nationality;
Degree level in relevant area for the function;
No experience required or a maximum of 2 years experience;
Show the certificate of Degree level;
Behaviors aligned with the Our Principles;
Good knowledge about Microsoft office, Outlook, Internet;
Average level or higher in verbal, numerical and logical reasoning (Psychometric Tests);
If the candidate have Degree in other country is advantage for us;
Portuguese Fluent (spoken and written) and English upper middle level;
Age: 25 years old maximum;
