ACCOUNTING MANAGER

o Management of accounting and reporting. Elaboration of results such as:
o Social results
o Financial Statements.
o Results, Budget preparation and analysis.
o Internal & external Reporting, Investments follow-up.
o Audit coordination, internal and external.
o Cash flow management through supervision of accounts payables and receivables.
o Archiving process of the company.
o Control of production and checking off of Priority Accounting Controls.
o Tax and Fiscal reports (AGT, Income Tax, tax returns, property taxes, etc.) .
o Assist the Finance & Administrative Director to implement policies in terms of accounting, taxation, and fiscal requirements. Supervise the implementation of these policies as necessary and see that they are respected by company staff as intended.
o Provide to managers of the affiliate the maximum visibility on company’s financial position by periodically supplying them with the necessary information on time.
o Ensure compliance with fiscal regulations.
o Ensure timely provision of accurate accounting reports and data to other interested parties.
o Analyze all inventories and provide information to management.

University Level: bachelors or master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or Accounting, or Professional accounting qualification;
Experience At least 5 years in a managerial position and with significant experience in finance or financial audit;
Language excellent command of Portuguese;
English and French are an added assets;
Good knowledge of accounting and fiscal matters, excellent management of financial requirements (locally);
Able to manage a team and work hard;
Good knowledge of information systems especially SAP;
Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
