The HR Director is in charge of the following activities :
• Plan, direct and coordinate the HR duties within the Company
• Propose, definie and manage the HR policies for the newly formed company
• Implement HR procedures as per validated by the Management of the company
• Implement KPI and reports to the Management on HR activities
• Elaborate in coordination with the Management and implement a proper “corporate clulture”
• Manage recruitment and selection process
• Coordinate implementation/renewal of local and global insurance policies
• Enure proper implementation of the Company procedure related to job scope
• Interface between employees and management
• Coordinate the actions of department heads
• Create partnerships with training organizations
• Organize staff meetings
• Promote internal communication
• Supervise the administrative follow-up of employees (leave, employment contracts, payroll, sick leave, training,
etc.)
• Communicate with the social partners (trade unions, works councils, staff representatives, etc.)
• Ensure execution of seconded staff conditions
• All functions as outlined above and any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requisitos
- Gestão de Recursos Humanos
- LGT
• Master degree in Human Ressources with minimum 5 years of experience;
• Excellent team management;
• Excellent knowledge of local labor legislation and in management of human resources;
• Knowledge in work psychology;
• Able to manage teams with different profiles and aptitude;
• Good listening skills, capacity to analyze and synthesize, sense of communication and dialogue, negotiation;
skills and sens of responsability.
