IT OFFICER

The IT manager is in charge of the following activities :
• Ensure local network and servers are up and running : firewalls, servers, switches...
• Ensure patches and antivirus updates are correctly deployed on local servers
• Network administration (LAN, WAN)
• Manage Inventory : local IT assets + software and licenses management
• Install and deploy Workstations
• Manage Local Telephony : Deploy new phones, assign phone numbers
• Manage IT Incidents and IT requests
• Manage IT project : New application, new environnement...
As some of those activities will be performed by suppliers (internal and external), the IT Manager will be responsible of
contracts follow-up.
He is as well the Local Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
He is the single point of contact for all questions regarding IT and applications.

Proven experience and knowledge regarding :
• Configuration and installation of desktop/laptop
• Microsoft operating systems
• Experience of supporting Microsoft Office 365 Suite
• Good understanding of Windows server infastructure
Solid experience in managing IT suppliers
Minimum 5 years of experience
Rigourous, openminded
