Descrição
- High level of safety awareness & capable of improving safety performance within areas of responsibility.
- Initiatives include risk assessment process, safe systems of work contained within standard operating procedures, effective HSE communication, compliance with legislation i.e. HASAWA, PUWER, DESEAR, WAHR & any other identified as appropriate for the area of responsibility;
- Monitor department KPI’s to ensure workload is effectively prioritised;
- Communicate required metrics to staff in area of responsibility to include, safety reports, safety audit findings, asset hire performance, customer satisfaction trends, financial indicators, area specific KPI’s and relevant group information;
- Coordinate department personnel to ensure effective KPI management;
- Understand processes at work in area of responsibility, lead process improvements where identified & monitor results;
- Work with other area management / supervision to establish & implement best practice in accordance with Operational Excellence Program;
- Participate in CAPEX (fleet & non fleet) as required for the department/area of operations, initiatives include safety criticality, financial payback, risk analysis & cost avoidance;
- Ensure adequate department flexibility to deal with short term customer demands;
- Level of flexibility to be able to deputise for the Dept. Operations Manager & also deputise for other supervisors as required;
- Conduct the company staff appraisals; deal with disciplinary matters, staff recruitment & retention;
- Identify staff training needs & implement training plans for individuals;
- Proactively assist in the delivery/management of the Operational Excellence strategic objective;
- Lead/Participate in regular department reviews including safety meetings, tool box talks, walk the floor activities etc.
- Attend & participate in regular key customer reviews.
Requisitos

Angolan nationality;
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management;
Minimum 5 years of working experience with at least 3 years of those in supervisorypositions in a multinational company;
Management & Implementation of HSE initiatives/processes;
Familiar with KPI’s required to demonstrate/improve operational performance;
Supervisory experience of personnel with varied backgrounds/experience;
Working knowledge of standards, DNV2.7-1, EN12079, BS7072 & LOLER;
Understanding of the rental business within the offshore oil & gas industry;
Experience of process management in CCU rental business or similar industry experience;
Financial awareness including PL, Cost Control/Avoidance & CAPEX processes;
Fluency in Written and Spoken English;
Preferably between 30-45 years.
