Coordenador de Workshop

Helps in scheduling and organizing the activities of your subordinates
Provides for replacements of specific machines and tools, scheduled or not;
Take the necessary measures in case of an emergency.
Assures the reception of damaged parts, proceeding with their replacement and immediate shipment;
Ensures Installation, maintenance, testing of high pressure equipment, evaluation and repair of various components and mechanical systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, gears, bearings, etc.
Troubleshoot systems and take appropriate corrective actions.
Estimates the cost-benefit ratio of repairing the equipment, supporting the decision to repair or purchase;
Reports any deviations from the rules, laws, regulations, procedures and agreements;

5 Years of experience in a workshop and maintenance oil filed environament;
Mechanical skills (essential);
Electrical skills (highly desirable);
Good communication skills;
Ability to Planning, Organizing, Directing and Controlling the activities of a team.
Ability to read, understand and follow correct procedures;
Essential attention to detail.
