Effective management of the business unit financial performance;
Effective management staff within region;
Effective management of operations;
Effective management of business development function.

Grade 12 or equivalent;
Angolan nationality;
Minimum 5 years of experience in security management or Operations Management in Security Company;
The ability to work both at a strategic and operational level within a multinational organization;
Prior military experience (Preferential Requirement);
Computer Literacy;
English language proficiency;
Driver’s License;
Immediate availability.
