Responsible for the overall human resource management planning and implementation of the company;
Responsible for staff recruitment, search for outstanding talents, and implementation of effective allocation of human resources;
Responsible for talent development and training, and continuously improve the competency of personnel positions;
Establish scientific and efficient performance management and evaluation system;
Establish a competitive compensation and benefits system and system;
To carry out activities related to corporate culture and establish a good environment conducive to work and life;
Responsible for administration, logistics, security, employee health, external public relations, government relations and other work.
Requisitos

Angolan nationality;
Bachelor degree (or above);
At least 5 years of work experience in the first person in charge of human resources management in medium and large enterprises;
Familiar with the business of human resource management;
English can be the working language.
