Descrição da função
- Plan, organize, and control the activities and actions of the HR department;
- Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems;
- Develop and administer human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel,
- Create and revise job descriptions;
- Conduct annual salary surveys,
- Develope, analise, and updat the company’s salary budget;
- Develope, analise and updat the company’s evaluation program;
- Develope, revise, and recommend personnel policies and procedures;
- Oversee recruitment efforts;
- Conduct new employee orientations and employee relations counseling;
- Oversee exit interviews;
- Maintain department records, KPI´S and reports;
- Participate in administrative staff meetings;
- Interface between employees and management;
- Coordinate the actions of department heads;
- Oversee the administrative follow-up of employees (leave, employment contracts, payroll, sick leave, training, etc.);
- Coordinate implementation/renewal of local insurance policies;
- Other tasks assigned by management and/or related to the job responsabilities.

Aptidões necessárias
- Degree in Human Resources or Work Psychology;
- Minimum 5 years of experience;
- Fluent in English;
- Excellent knowledge of Angolan Labor Legislation (hiring and work regimes, disciplinary procedures, leave and absences, etc.);
- Excellent knowledge in management of human resources;
- Excellent computer skills from the user's perspective (mainly excel);
- Training and Personnel Development management;
- Knowledge in work psychology;
- Able to manage teams with different profiles and aptitude;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent team management and leadership skills;
- Good listening skills, capacity to analyze and synthesize;
- Sense of communication and dialogue;
- Negotiation skills and sense of responsability
- Resilient and able to work on weekends and holidays, when required.
