Descrição
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage employee relations, addressing issues and mediating conflicts.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain updated HR records.
Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
Administer compensation and benefits, coordinating with payroll as needed.
Foster a positive workplace culture, supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
SHRM or PHR certification preferred.
Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Workday, ADP).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
