Reporting into the Account Director, you will be responsible for driving Carrier Account penetration, sales and maintenance, aligned with the Company Carrier business strategy, value proposition and the channel engagement model;
Enhance customer relationships managing and coordinating all activities between the company and the customer. Promote the full range of Technologies solutions;
Create Sales Account plans which will identify, quantify, and recommend Sales action plans to address new business opportunities consistent with overall Company Carrier strategy;
Employ available Sales Engagement Deliverables to demonstrate efficient, focused and aligned execution;
Use reporting tools to ensure knowledge sharing, synergies, and business predictability;
Work with individual targets and execute aligned with team objectives;
Understand and practise Solution Sales Mechanism/Components;
Key Account Management Skills. (Forecasting/funnel management, C-level engagement, ROI analysis, Account (Penetration, Planning, Mapping, Analysis) , Power-based selling, Negotiation, Presentation Skills);
Demonstrate leadership, initiative and motivation in the team;
Ensure handover and leverage correct organisational resource (Presales, Services & Channel);
Provide Customer and market insight and feedback;
Ensure Customer Satisfaction and brand integrity.

Requisitos
Degree in telecommunication/communication/computing/electronic engineering/management;
Demonstrate ability to develop new business models for customers with new technology;
Demonstrate ability to manage customer accounts at both the CxO and technical level;
Ability to establish brands, explore product opportunities, work out customer product competitive strategies and competitive plans;
Have a good working knowledge of Network and IT solutions;
Minimum 3 years Network or IT solutions sales / account management experience;
A proven track record of building long-term relationships with big accounts;
Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing);
Ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking will be essential.
