Data Hall Engineer

• Responsible for the management, maintenance and troubleshooting of all critical network infrastructure i.e Firewall, Router, Switch, and server devices
• Implement the company’s policies on the network security and Internet Access to make sure the effective using of company’s resource.
• Responsible for Racking, passive cabling within Fibre intake rooms, cross connect rooms and the Data Hall.
• Responsible for supervising fibre partners and making sure the company standards are meet and adhered to.
• Daily troubleshooting of the network system and reporting
• Responsible for Securing network system by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
• Support the 24-hour NOC call out schedule as directed by the management.
• Support the sales team with customer pre-sales visits.

• Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or its equivalent.
• Data center and Network related certifications
• Minimum of five (5) years’ of experience working in enterprise Data center.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in a similar setup.
