Infrastructure Engineer L2

Responsibilities:

Provide advanced support for infrastructure components.

Assist with implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization of systems.

Escalate issues to supervisor when necessary and mentor L1 engineers.

Required Skills:

Dell Servers and Dell Storage/Backup.

Cisco Routers, Switches, PABX.

Fortinet and Palo Alto firewalls.

F5 load balancers.

Strong knowledge of VMware, Red Hat, Microsoft, Dynatrace.

Preferred Knowledge:

Rockforge

ElasticSearch.
