Assure Quality Management System accomplishment , which is measured through internal and third party audits trough the internal instructions and procedures of process audit, Quality Gemba Walking and customers’ requirements
Manage Metallurgic and Chemical Laboratory inspections and approvals through internal procedures and systematic, and in accordance with standards ISO/TS, CQI9
Responsible for approval the manufacturing process trough instructions and procedures that are performed by Quality Auditor and Laboratory Metallurgic and chemical technician
Improve the standard work from Quality Team in order to assure that the all procedures and tasks are done
Support in implementing Advanced Quality Systems (AQS)/ Statistical Process Control (SPC) as needed
Translate orders, contracts, specifications, and engineering drawings into inspection instructions
Complete a contract review form for all Engineered Systems government contracts
Able to independently resolve most operations issues (customer requirements, facilities issues, technical problems) within set operations parameters, engaging Sr
Directly supervises employees and performs other managerial responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, and training employees
Primary responsibility for customer corrective and preventive reports and actions
