Country Sales Manager role

Based in Lobito on residential status

Expatriate package.

DESCRIPTION:

- Implementing and executing the sales and development strategy in Angola

- Handling distribution networks and importation operations, managing partnership with distributors,

-Managing sales activities to exceed sales goals and key performance indicators,

-Developing a good commercial awareness of the Angola market,

-Minimizing commercial risk when developing sales contracts,

-Monitoring account receivables and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing,

-Coordinating closely with the head of international operations to ensure the enterprise's success in the country.

With a University degree in engineering, in business administration or in economics, you have a minimum of 10-years experience in the agri-business sector or in the FMCG, ideally in Angola or in sub Saharan Africa.

Dynamic, rigorous, with an entrepreneurial spirit, you have the ability to work on your own initiative and are capable of setting up negotiations.

You'll possess fluent verbal and written Portuguese language skills.

English or French would be advantageous.

The role is based in Lobito.
