Site Materials Manager

Applies under supervision the priorities established by the Project Execution team or Build Turnkey and Modernization team in his / her deployment project by managing efficiently the assigned site material management tasks ensuring site material forecasting and delivery processes are implemented.
Carries out work according to prescribed procedures, following detailed instructions and guidelines using judgment in straightforward situations typically selecting from defined alternatives.
Responsible for the Telecom Project: Site implementation material Requirements, Forecasting for ordering, Kitting requirement and Material Dispatch process. Support Project Logistics on Warehouse Management, Stock Reporting and Reconsolidation processes.
Consolidation of all unit and material demand plans and requirements for project according to Model Sites and Site Configurations
Initiates local material ordering with logistics monitoring of Equipment & Material orders and availability for the project
Monitors continuous Order/Inbound/Inventory/Outbound monitoring, implementing quality gates for material availability.
Generates Material Ordering, reconsolidation, additional material ordering initiation.
Ensures effective and smooth Material Management processes are in place with cooperation with Delivery Operations
Support Project Logistics on Warehouse Management and Dispatch.
Handling and decision of Site Material Management – Kitting/Usage/Reconsolidation.
Supports for Commissioning Spares management.
Makes sure Site Delivery (Dispatch) process quality with Nokia local strategic partners and Implementation subcontractor.
Makes sure local strategic partners and implementation subcontractor understand project materials and configurations.
Stock Reporting with Project logistics, Warehouse inventory status and alignment to the demand.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of relevant experience
Logistics process and Management
Site material management
Knowledge of Telecom site rollout processes, installation, logistics, Nokia and super vendor hardware.
Self Motivated, handle Multiple Tasks
Strong capability to deliver according to scope and time (KPI oriented)
Knowledge of Nokia environment (Experience in RPM Projects is preferential)
Strong command Ms Excel
