Logistic Coordinator

Coordinate and monitor the delivery of supplies to clients as end users;
Ensure assets, resources and communication methods are used effectively,
Optimise delivery procedures;
Plan and organise deliveries in accordance with client logistics requirements;
Assist procurement department with the despatch of clients orders;
Liaise with vessels (clients) in order to better organise and coordinate pick up of all equipment or items retrieved ashore and monitor the downstream process;
Assist vessels (clients) with their need to send equipment ashore for maintenance or analysis;
Actively participates in ensuring a healthy and safe working environment for all and no harm is caused to the environment;
Responsible for complying with all Company Management System guidelines and policies.

Angolan nationality;
Good knowledge of the offshore industry (vessel assistance), delivery of equipment, goods, crew change;
Professional experience between 3-5 years in similar roles;
Training in logistics and/or supply chain;
Motived, dynamic;
Speak english fluently,;
Able to communicate in a multi-cultural environment;
Respect the instructions of the company and any client requests.
