o   Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
o   Tie workflow to schedule
o   Manage all onsite installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
o   Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
o   Produce timely and detailed service reports
o   Document processes
o   Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
o   Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
o   Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
o   Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
o   Build positive relationships with customers

o   Proven field service experience
o   Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
o   Fluent written and spoken Portuguese
o   Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
o   Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
o   Technical degree or any certification in Mechanics, Perkins engines or caterpillar generators.
o   Good knowledge skills in mechanic concepts,  
o   5 years’ experience working in mechanic and/or electro-mechanic systems.
o   Caterpillar or any perkins engine generators knowledge is an advantage.
