Main Responsibilities and Activities:
Ownership and compliance to ensure SoniMech meet client HSE and Quality expectations
Manage the day to day delivery of the contract and any allocated core or adhoc support teams
Accountable for managing SoniMech/Client specific objectives/KPI’s to ensure actions are completed and targets met
Accountable for managing weekly/monthly client reporting – ensuring all monthly reporting is completed accurately and on time including developing and presenting the QPR’s, FPALs etc.
Attend client planning meetings to ensure readiness and gate compliance including risk mitigations are effectively managed
Make and implement recommendations to client to improve, equipment or asset integrity/service delivery/equipment availability
Accountable for sign off on all contract work authorisations, including the compilation, editing, planning, accounting, and general administration in line with ALNG and Sonimech systems and procedures
Ensuring that NAV (Navision System) is used effectively and in line with processes to be able to track and report business performance
Preparation of budgets, delivery of budgeted revenue and forecasts as per SoniMech nominated Business Forecast Tool (BFT)
Develop close working relationships with Clients’ management and ensure awareness of customer requirements and key issues
Liaise with clients to ensure appropriate service delivery and manage complaints in a timely manner
Provide credible management support to clients and teams
Implement systems to identify underperforming personnel and develop and measure improvement plans to bring these back in line with SoniMech expectations
Responsible for managing the departments Unplanned Occurrence Reports (UOR) performance and ensure timely closure
Manage and support performance management of the team at sites, dealing with any employee issues effectively and with the assistance of Human Resources
Provide direct mentoring to frontline workforce and develop in conjunction with the client any Apprentice/Intern programs to assist in the development and growth of resource pools.
Develop, identify, and support Nationalisation plans ensuring we align to ALNG and government protocols
Resource department for current and future needs ensuring competent resources are in place to deliver contractual requirements along with appropriate in country VISA requirements where appropriate

Requisitos
Essential:
Degree level education or equivalent experience
Significant years of demonstrable and relevant management experience
Detailed working experience in African countries or similar work environments
Demonstrable experience in LNG, Refinery, or Oil and Gas industries
Demonstrable Safety Leadership with working knowledge of risk assessment and hazard identification
Regulatory experience
Demonstrate the ability to grow and develop a cohesive teams
Good understanding of commercial/cost awareness
Experience of SAP or similar software
Preferred:
Chartered Status or working towards Chartered Status
QHSE related qualification or diploma (obtained or in progress)
Root Cause Incident Investigation Qualified
Project management qualification e.g. APM, PMI
