Descrição
Responsible for accurate and efficient submission of weekly and/or monthly client reporting
Responsible for Work Authorisation administration, tracking, and financial planning.
Responsible for taking minutes from department meetings
Responsible for reporting on mini project progress to all relevant parties as directed
Responsible for assisting with general administration support
Responsible for assisting with pricing / tendering /purchase order assistance
Responsible for providing document control assistance in line with the company process for
department and specific projects
Responsible for accurate filing and all general correspondence
Maintain effective communication with peers and other work groups
Responsible for providing timely and accurate co-ordination and administrative support
Provides status reports, minutes, actions, communications, and timely organisation of all aspects
of the role
Responsible for ensuring that cost efficiencies are realised, and opportunities maximised through
day to day delivery of role i.e. reviewing portals, timely booking of travel, expenses process

Requisitos
• Fluent oral and written English
• Educated to Higher level or equivalent
• Attention to detail and able to deliver information on time
• Proficient in Microsoft systems and packages.
• Experience of a similar role
• Evidence of CMMS (SAP) training or equivalent
• Experience of utilising databases
• Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills
Must be able to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and understanding of the importance
of data integrity
Ability to adapt and be involved with wider team activities if required
Demonstrates commercial awareness and understanding of all principles of the role or practical
experience administration processes.
