SUPERINTENDENT, NACE LEVEL 2

A NACE Level 2 Coating Inspector/Superintendent acts as a senior inspector responsible for supervising, evaluating, and verifying coating inspection activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications, and sometimes supervising Level 1 inspectors. They play a vital role in preventing corrosion on structures such as pipelines, tanks, and offshore assets

CORE PREREQUISITES
1. Certification: A current, valid NACE CIP Level 1 certification
2. Work Experience: Five (05) to Ten (10) years of verifiable, relevant work experience in industrial coatings inspection.
3. Technical Experience: A minimum of twenty (20) hours of verifiable and documented experience using non-destructive coating inspection instruments.
4. Training: Successful completion of the AMPP CIP Level 2 Course.
5. Ethics: Completion of the Ethics for the Corrosion Professional course (or equivalent)
6. Offshore Medical Certificate, Valid
7. HUET and or BOSIET
