Bottling Supervisor

Oversees and ensures Quality Assurance on bottling line, including proper filtration, adequate fill levels, bottle pressure, closure application, label application, and palletizing of products;
Acts as shift manager on the bottling line, directing up to seven operators during each shift;
Responsible for the sterilization and cleanup of bottling line;
Works with Cellar Master and Production Manager to troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain spare parts inventory;
Assists in preventative maintenance of machines, trouble shooting, reporting operation issues, cleaning;
Maintains a clean, clutter free bottling area and is responsible for maintaining and enforcing safety procedures, company policies, and Standard Operating Procedure(s);
Performs winemaking work orders as needed including cleaning tanks, performing filtrations, wine movements, etc;
Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time, climb ladders comfortably and lift 50 or more lbs;
Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish well defined goals;

Food Technology / Engineering Diploma;
5 to 10 years experience in Bottling / Beverage Industry as Production Supervisor. Able to control the operations & manpower;
Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time, climb ladders comfortably and lift 50 or more lbs;
Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish well defined goals;
Language Proficiency: English / Hindi / Portuguese;
