Descrição
Within the scope of Medical Port’s agreements with
Angolan partners, support the local sales process by
contacting the customer, collecting and sharing
information, facilitating access to all medical tourism
services provided, and maintaining a continuous
contact with the customer.
• Provide support to sales and marketing activities in
the local market, according to the defined strategic
guidelines.
• Liaise with central organization to ensure an
appropriate flow of information, either commercial,
operational and strategic.
(Develop all actions bellow within the scope of selected
Angolan partners, and according to the defined strategic
guidelines.)
• Contact customers identified by local partners in
order to promote the development of sales, by
providing information and guidance to support
medical tourism choices.
• Contact customers identified by local partners in
order to collect information and jointly design the
customized medical tourism proposal.
• Share the necessary information to allow the
elaboration of adequate and customized medical
tourism proposals, upholding each one’s contents,
and ensuring the on-time delivery of all relevant
documentation to the customer.
• Negotiate medical tourism proposals with customers
in order to close sales, following pre-defined
guidelines.
• Maintain a continuous contact with the customer,
before and after health care has been provided, and
the service rendered, in order to provide information
and guidance.
• Provide support to the implementation of direct and
partner’s sales and marketing activities, in the local
market, and according to the defined strategic
guidelines.
• Ensure the necessary collection, treatment and
reporting of information regarding operations, sales
and marketing, to Medical Port and the selected
business partners.
• Liaise with Medical Port to ensure an appropriate
flow of information, either commercial, operational
and strategic.
• Provide information and cooperate in the design of
the sales and marketing strategy for the Angolan
market.
• Provide information and cooperate in the design of
the distribution strategy for the Angolan market
• Identify of business development opportunities in
new market segments and/or with new medical
tourism services.
• Decisions solely taken: contact customers; maintain
contact with customer; adapt personal behaviour
according to each customer; respond to unforeseen
needs and problems.
• Decisions jointly taken: design work processes, and
plans; negotiate medical tourism proposals with
customers; adjust the contents of the medical
tourism proposal.
Requisitos
Education:
• University Degree or equivalent in business
management, marketing, sales, international
relations, tourism or related fields.
Experience:
• Previous positions of support of the sales process,
with direct contact with customers, such as account
management in private banking, and customer care
agent.
• Previous positions with knowledge, network and
access to the health care sector, the insurance
sector or major corporations, and the tourism sector,
in areas such as private banking, business
consulting, services development in the insurance
sector, human resources policies in relevant
corporations/companies, are valuable.
