Documentation Controller

The scope of the SERVICE consists in:
- Be in charge of managing all the documents (technical and contractual) of SUB and PRODOM within
SUB
- Propose good practice

This SERVICE requires liaison:
- Internal: MHSEQ, EPT/SUB (TRAV, WJ, GEOM, FSV, DSV), B17, other blocks;
- External: All CONTRACTORs and SUPPLIERS, in direct liaison with SUB activities.

This SERVICE encompasses mainly the following activities:
- Managing the incoming and out coming documents of SUB
- Managing our documents data base
- Make sure that CPY requirements regarding the documents templates and exchanges are fulfilled
- Propose and implement data organization processes within SUB (folders numbering and data
management).

• Education: Graduated engineer or Technicians.
• Experience in PRODOM is required
• Speak English, French and Portuguese is a plus.
