Commercial Director

Responsible for the management of the sales team, leading the sales team, and distribution of the modern and traditional business;
Responsible for the distribution of the products in the province markets;
Accountable for the companies products' availability in all supermarkets and other current market channels;
Responsible for the training and upgrading of the capacities of the sales team to meet the target;
Liable for the export of items to companies' products to the neighboring countries;
Responsible for the assignment of the training of salespeople to achieve targets;
Responsible for the promotion of the products in different channels to raise products information in the market;
Present to and consult with mid and senior-level management on business trends to develop new services and products.

Minimum 8 years experience in a sales and distribution management position;
Bachelor's degree (Essential) in sales and marketing;
Experience in traditional, provincial and modern market distribution channels, mainly related to FMCG products;
Knowledgeable of the FMCG business operation in Angola;
Fluent in English verbal/written communication;
Fluency in the Portuguese language;
Strong communication and presentation skills.
