Descrição da função

Seeks and prospects for MBC (Medium-sized Business Customers) targets to win new customers Sales target range US$30k – $500k p.a;
Develops win plans and manages Medium-sized Business Customers;
Builds trust with customers by being informed about customer’s business and the market;
Recommends solutions based on customer needs by using industry knowledge;
Closes business by connecting a customer need with a Commercial solution and the value it may create for the customer;
Supports customer retention by conducting joints visits with OPS, FIN team and inviting customers to share information on
updated regulations, products, etc;
Uses FAMS staff and network to collaborate on developing marketing strategies and offering a full range of supply chain of services to customers;
Using and selling a range of Value Added Services to deepen customer relationships and grow revenue;
Prepare relevant customer information for tenders RFI/RFP/RFQ;
Work closely with Operations to implement business awards and implement new business (incl. developing and implementing SOP’s);
Utilise in house IT platforms( FAMSboard or Cargowise) for monthly sales reporting and regular GP and file performance;
Align, coordinate and transfer large high value potential customers with the Country Sales manager;
Assign lower value opportunities to TeleSales;

Aptidões necessárias

Professional qualification or equivalent experience
Good knowledge of Logistics products including air, ocean and roadfreight and warehousing Also good general local industry knowledge;
Well presented, self confident and with at least 2 years experience in customer facing sales role;
Excellent communication in English and Portuguese language both oral and written;
Experience in digital record keeping and monthly reporting;
Good understanding of spreadsheets , presentations and Microsoft programs (Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
Fluent in English verbal/written communication.
