Commercial Director

Requirements:
Degree in Management, Marketing, Economics or related field (Master's degree will be a plus);
Minimum of 8 to 10 years' experience in commercial areas, with at least 5 years in a leadership position;
Fluency in Englsih;
Proven experience in managing commercial teams and business development;
Strong leadership and decision-making skills;
Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills;
Strategic vision and results orientation;
Analytical ability to interpret market data and sales performance;
Knowledge of CRM tools and commercial data analysis platforms.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the company's strategic commercial plan;
Leading the sales team and ensuring that revenue targets are met;
Managing relationships with strategic clients and identifying new business opportunities;
Coordinating commercial campaigns and initiatives in conjunction with the marketing department;
Analysing performance indicators (KPIs) and proposing corrective actions;
Supervising the process of drawing up commercial proposals, contracts and negotiations with clients;
Establishing commercial policies and ensuring their implementation in the different areas of activity;
Studying market trends and the competition, proposing adjustments to the strategy as necessary;
Actively participating in pricing decisions, product positioning and market penetration;
Drawing up periodic commercial performance reports for executive management.
