POSITION: Our client is currently looking for a motivated Legal/lawyer to support our rapid growth to join its team in Angola.
Supporting the Head of Legal & Compliance in Angola, for providing accurate and timely legal advice to the Company Management on a variety of legal topics and activities.
They are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and responsible personality with an international mindset, ensuring long-term quality services to the group.
The person must have a strong legal background in commercial law, company law, public and private contracting, labour and tax law

Key responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice support anticipating and managing (legal) risks related.
• Advice on the legal framework.
• Drafting Contracts, Legal Documents, letters and legal opinions (i.e. construction contracts, loan contracts, shareholders' loans, minutes, assignment of shares, dissolutions, labour disciplinary proceedings).
• Providing legal advice on tender processes.
• Providing assistance with dispute settlement and other formalities
• Cooperation with the other members of the legal department abroad.

Main requirements for the job:
Education: Degree in Law, registration in Bar Association of Angola will be considered an advantage.
Requested experience:
• More than 4years of legal experience in business environment in a law firm or companies.
• Strong legal experience in corporate and commercial matters and contracting
• Strong written and oral communication skills, both in Portuguese and English (eliminatory factor)
• Strong service orientation.
• Ability to deliver high quality work within deadlines.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and to take responsibility for this relationship.
• Ability to work well in both a team and individually

• FLUENT IN ENGLISH & PORTUGUESE – MANDATORY.
• NOTE: SALARY 1.500.000 AOA GROSS
