A very successful international FMCG production and distribution company, with already established operations in Angola, is looking for ambitious associates for the following position:
Organize and coordinate sales representatives’ schedules and work;
Monitor performance according to established criteria for sales representatives;
Train, coach, and mentor sales representatives;
Actively search for new perspective clients;
Propose changes in approach to its superiors;
Monitor competition and actively participate in suggesting proposals that will benefit company;
Responsible for delivery of results from designated team;
Report directly to regional managers.
Requisitos

Concluded high school or university attendance in management or similar area;
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with FMCG sales;
Ideally experience in managing people;
Capability of communicating and writing in English language;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to work in fast-paced environment;
Enthusiasm and persistence for working with people, working in the field, and achieving business goals;
A sense of competition, which pushes you to exceed your limits;
Highly motivated by the possibility of earning by achieving and exceeding the company's goals;
