Tender Strategy and Planning:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of client requirements, objectives, and evaluation criteria for each tender opportunity;
Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical, and legal teams to formulate winning bi strategies and proposal approaches;
Lead the tender kickoff meetings and coordinate internal teams' efforts to ensure alignment;
Bid Preparation and Coordination:
Manage the end-to-end tender process, from initial assessment to final submission, ensuring all deadlines are met;
Review, analyze, and interpret tender documentation to extract relevant information and identify key deliverables;
Coordinate and prepare all elements of the proposal, including technical documentation, pricing, project plans, and other required attachments;
Ensure adherence to established guidelines and quality standards in all tender submissions;
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with sales, technical, legal, and finance teams to gather necessary information and develop accurate and compelling proposals;
Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance proposal quality and effectiveness;
Competitive Analysis and Market Research:
Conduct in-depth research and analysis of competitor bids, market trends, and client preferences to develop differentiated and persuasive proposals;
Provide insights and recommendations to improve the organization;s competitive positioning and proposal strategies;
Client Relationships
Develop relationships with prospective clients in order to ensure invitation to all bids;
Understand client needs to correctly formulate proposals;
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and organized records of all tender-related documentation, communications, and activities;
Generate and present reports on tender progress, win rates, and lessons learned to inform continuous improvement efforts.
Requisitos
Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related areas; Master's degree is an advantage;
Proven experience (more than 5 years) in tender management, proposal development or similar positions in the oil sector;
Strong understanding of bidding processes, proposal development and competition analysis;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively;
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software/tools;
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
Analytical mindset with ability to extract insights from the market and the competition research;
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
Experience with government contracts and procurement procedures is a plus;
Fluency in English.
