We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with a high competency in both English and Portuguese. The right candidate will work in our small, but agile team, meeting the demands of our company in a highly competitive market.
The successful candidate can expect a long training period (up to one month) and strong mentor support during the first few months of employment. We understand that working in a new sphere can be daunting, and we want to make sure you have the best training to tackle the financial services industry.
Description:
A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will:
• act as a liaison;
• provide product/service information;
• resolve problems with accuracy and efficiency.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Manage large amounts of chats, tickets and incoming calls
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requisitos
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Resiliency to deal effectively with stressed and upset customers
• Ability to build positive rapport, communicate and control customer contacts
• Ability to adapt quickly to product and procedure changes
• Ability to maintain full concentration whilst working from home
• Readiness to work during South LatAm time zone
Desirable Qualifications:
At least one year of previous customer service experience, preferably with a forex/finance company
