Operations Manager

ü  Understand services & publish business processes of telecom operators; know about telecom operator’s business development strategic plan, marketing plan.

ü  Have some contacts and connections in digital media circles, such as news media, video, music, etc.

ü  Build partnership with ICT content and service.

ü  Design and engage telecom operators with suitable digital service.

ü  The capability to monitor digital services, timely adjustment of operating strategies and plans to safeguard the healthy functioning of the business to achieve business results

ü  Able to monitor services and give the suggestion/solution to operators.

ü  Strong capacity to analyze data and operations; identify problems and give solutions.

ü  Strong communication skills in both Portuguese & English, able to easily interact in a multicultural environment.

ü  Minimum 3 years work experience in similar industry.
