IT Solutions Head

1. Define and execute the Applications & Digital Solutions Strategy aligned with Group objectives;
2. Govern ERP (Dynamics 365 F&O / BC) roadmap, stabilization and harmonization;
3. Establish DevOps governance including CI/CD standards, release management and code quality oversight.;
4. Govern Power Platform usage (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) ensuring scalable citizen development framework;
5. Lead RPA strategy and automation pipeline prioritization across business units;
6. Enable AI integration into business processes in coordination with Data & Analytics team;
7. Oversee integration architecture across ERP, CRM, HCM, CLM, Risk and external systems;
8. Manage application portfolio lifecycle and eliminate redundancies;
9. Manage external vendors and ensure SLA compliance; 10.Establish Digital Governance Boards and prioritization mechanisms;
10. Develop and mentor Applications & Automation team.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering;
MBA or Executive IT Leadership training;
Project Management (Prince2, PMP);
Microsoft Certifications (Dynamics 365, Azure, DevOps, Power Platform);
Enterprise Applications, Digital Platforms and Automation;
Leadership roles;
Experience managing ERP (Dynamics 365 F&O / BC), Azure DevOps environments, CI/CD
governance;
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI);
Experience with RPA programs (UiPath / Power Automate RPA or similar);
Exposure to AI enablement (Azure AI, ML initiatives, predictive analytics integration);
FMCG / Manufacturing experience preferred;
Vendor and contract management. FMCG / Manufacturing experience preferred;
Experience in multinational or multi-entity groups;
Experience in managing cross-functional projects;
End-to-end ERP lifecycle governance;
DevOps governance and CI/CD frameworks;
Power Platform governance and citizen development controls;
RPA governance model and automation pipeline management;
