- Develop and implement departmental plans and targets and ensure achievement of objectives
- Set standards and monitor implementation to ensure consistency of product quality across the stores
- Provide functional expertise and guidance regarding all operational aspects of the specialized area
- Prepare a 3 month forecast of stock requirements
- Plan stock for special events and promotions
- Plan store visits
- Place orders for local and imported goods
- Create rules around usage of products in consultation with the Quality Assurance Manager
- Protecting margin levels and reaching targets.
- Understanding the relationship between sales vs loss vs stock rotation and managing these variables to achieve targets
- Managing specialized departments in multiple locations across a region
Requisitos
• Education: BA degree/ Technical degree/ High School Graduate
• Experience: 5 years of experience in similar position
• Languages: Portuguese and English
