Wholesale Manager (HORECA)

We are looking for an effective Wholesale Manager to directly manage HORECA channel by ensuring client onboarding, price negotiations, and overall fulfillment of orders.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all wholesale processes are running smoothly and promptly.
Responsibilities:
• Strategically manage wholesale channel in compliance with company’s policies and vision
• Define processes for evolution of the wholesale channel within the organization
• Setup clientele categories to better service the client needs
• Establish growth markets and support in route to market definition
• Ensure sales and margin targets are met weekly
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure order fulfillment accuracy
• Ensure system requirements are met by following the existing protocols are followed
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• Prepare annual budget
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (as required)

Education: BS degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business
Languages: Portuguese and English
Experience: Proven work experience in wholesale/ key accounts especially FMCG
