Descrição
• Organize the development of enterprise recruitment, training and performance appraisal system, the formulation of human resources job description and management process;
• Master the local labor law;
• Responsible for the HR operations and daily duties;
• Responsible for the local discipline and relations with others departments;
• Deal with labor contract disputes;
• Responsible for employee's salary accounting, tax and social insurant payment.
Requisitos
• Min bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
• Over 5 years working experience, at least 2 years in HR team management
• Professional human resources management skills, familiar with human resources management processes and related laws and regulations and policies;
• Participated in the relevant human resources management, labor laws and regulations and other aspects of training work;
