An international FMCG brand is on the hunt for a seasoned HR Business Partner, role will be based on a 1 year contract.
HR Professional with solid generalist experience and negotiation skills required to establish new offices with leading FMCG Company. This strategic thinker with high level of analytical skills will be responsible for building and developing trusted relationships with relevant stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of value added service to both management and employees. In addition, the incumbent will need to support the business’s vision and overall objectives and ensure that there is alignment to HR practices.

Requisitos
· A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology
· Minimum of 5 years experience as a generalist within a Manufacturing/FMCG Company
· Good working knowledge of HR legislative requirements
· Solid Business Acumen
